Per-store plans — Growth is the default

Prices are per store and net of VAT. Setup is separate: €1,200 one-time setup, net. Save 15% with annual prepay.

All prices are net. Polish customers are invoiced +23% VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged at 0%.

Included conversations are per store, per month, and only sessions that reach the AI are counted. Extra conversations are billed at your tier rate; at 200% of the allowance the AI path is throttled and the assistant falls back to deterministic catalog and knowledge answers until you upgrade.

Pay 12 months upfront and we invoice at −15% on the monthly fee (about two months free). Setup fee is never discounted. Arranged on the integration invoice — no self-serve checkout in v1.

No. v1 is high-touch: create an account, then request integration. We review Magento fit and install manually. There is no online payment or free trial — Magento catalogs are not a five-minute snippet install. If you want a small first step, take the €490 pilot instead.
