Terms of Service

We provide a Magento 2 / Hyvä storefront chatbot (module + hosted backend) and this marketing / portal site. Integrations are performed manually after a request is accepted.

v1 does not include self-serve payment, free trials, or automatic Magento provisioning.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting an integration request. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials managed by our auth provider.

Subscription fees are billed per store according to the published pricing tiers unless otherwise agreed in writing. One-time setup fees cover installation and onboarding work.

Accepting an integration request does not create a payment obligation until we confirm scope and commercial terms with you.

You may not abuse the chat APIs, attempt to bypass tenant isolation, scrape other merchants’ data, or use the service to generate unlawful or harmful content.

Rate limits and origin allow-lists are part of the security model; circumventing them is prohibited.

Merchants are responsible for Magento store configuration they control, lawful processing of shopper data on their storefront, and the accuracy of catalog and knowledge content they provide.

The service is provided as a sales and support assistant. AI-generated answers may be incomplete or incorrect — merchants should review critical content.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
