Cookie Policy
This draft explains how Claspwell uses cookies and similar technologies on the marketing site and customer portal.
Essential
Essential cookies / local storage may be required for authentication sessions (Clerk), security, and remembering your cookie banner choice (`marketing-cookie-consent` in localStorage).
These are needed for the site and portal to function and are not used for advertising.
Analytics (optional)
If you choose Accept analytics, we load Google Tag Manager (GTM). Measurement tags inside that container (typically Google Analytics 4) may set cookies or similar identifiers used for aggregated traffic and conversion measurement. We do not load advertising or remarketing tags in v1.
GTM and related Google scripts load only after consent. Choosing Essential only keeps auth/session essentials and does not request googletagmanager.com.
Custom events we may record after consent (via the browser `dataLayer`): `cta_click`, `signup_complete`, `integration_request_submit`.
Storefront widget
The Magento storefront widget may use session storage / cookies needed for chat sessions and captcha. Merchants should disclose widget cookies in their own store policies.
Managing preferences
Clear site data in your browser to reset the banner preference, then reload the site to choose again. You can also revisit this page for policy details.
This is a working English draft for the marketing site. Have counsel review before production launch. Payload may manage legal pages later (Agent C).
